It's in the rules. I can only speak to this case, as it's the only one that concerns Avail. If the league failed to uphold the rules on another occasion, then I guess that'll have to be taken up with the administration.

I don't know who you're referring to by "you guys", but that stuff has absolutely nothing to do with Avail. Like I said, I can only speak to this case because it concerns Avail. If there's any complaints about some other case, then that's business of the division admin. All I know is that it's in the rules that if you use a foreign ISO, there is a penalty. A foreign ISO was used in a match concerning Avail, therefore, there is a penalty. The penalty is absolutely 100% legit. The rules do not specify conditions or anything of the sort. If rules were not upheld in other matches, then my condolences, and I would advise that you confront the division admin about giving appropriate penalties where they were failed to be given.

To put it bluntly, these other cases are of no concern of Avail, nor would it be our place to step in even if we wanted to.
