Hello! This is my first time posting on these forums and also my first time using Wiimmfi.
I'll admit, this might be a stupid question. But, are we allowed to every once in a while use cheats to do some trolling? And I mean general trolling, i.e. trolling the entirety of a lobby over the course of 2 or 3 rounds, not targeting or anything, and of course remembering to take last place. Also, I've seen a post that said VR/BR hacks are alright, can we use hacks to go over 9999 VR? (IT'S OVER 9999 VR!!!!) Thanks.
