Mario Kart Wii Disc cannot be read.

Ok so, hello everyone who might read this. When I put my MKWii disc in my Wii, the disc is actually readable and I can load into MKWii. BUT, when I go into a VC/Grand Prix/Time Trial, ANY sort of race, when I select the map and press go. My Wii stops making the sound and it says on the TV, "The disc could not be read". I don't know what's the cause of this, because the game is readable up until that point. I can load into battles EASY, battles don't crash my game. But when I load into a race, it crashes. Someone please tell me how to fix this.

Try cleaning your disk with a cloth as thoroughly as you can, if problems still occur, it's your wii disk reader causing the problem. If that's the case, you may need a new wii, or you can try to contact MrBean35000vr to have him fix your wii disk reader.
