'Error Code: 91010' But I'm Not Banned?

Someone please help!
I got randomly disconnected during a results screen. Whenever I tried to reconnect, I got error code 91010.
I thought that I was banned, but I'm not on the ban list! I even updated the statistics multiple times and I couldn't find myself at the top! I didn't hack/troll or break any of the Wiimmfi rules!
My friend codes are:
3785-5729-7862
0048-9514-7092
(Both OPENHOST/White List)
The only ban I have ever recieved was a very short system one for mistakingly entering a Countdown race with "Worldwide" as my region:
