Error 71010 on Pokemon Platinum

This error only occurs on everything APART from the GTS. It has been happening every time. To be clear, I'm saying that the GTS works buts whenever I try to use anything else, such as the WiFi Club it gives me error 71010. I have checked the rror page already and tried it. It did not work - the solution - probably because it refers to the Wii friend list? I don't know. Any help?
