Error Code: 23887 After Changing My Mii Name (I'm new to Wiimmfi)

Hey, guys.
One day, I changed the name of my Mii. I put in custom symbols using a Gecko code.
Then, after I selected my license in Mario Kart Wii, I connected to Wiimmfi and it displayed the error, 23887, which means I have to wait seven days to be activated.
I have already waited seven days to activate before and I was able to get online until I changed my Mii Name.
I'm new to Wiimmfi and I have little knowledge about how it works. I do know that it has ways to prevent hackers and use methods for activation.
I might come off as clueless and ignorant to you guys, but I just want to know if this is normal or not.
