error code 23899 Empty error code 23899

Hey I registered my console like a month ago and forgot about wiimm until today and I got the code 23899 which says wait 7 days but I know it's been far longer then this does anyone know what i should do

I just tried again and on the second try it gave me code 23887 and I checked the error code list and don't see that one listed there.
