Can't connect to wiimmfi

Hello, today i tried for the first time to join wiimmfi, but i found this error code while connecting : 23887. so i searched what this code means and this is : Wait 7 days for console activation. So it's very annoying, do i really need to wait 7 days until i can play ? please help me :(
