Wiimmfi Connection Issues Empty Wiimmfi Connection Issues

So generally my connection to the internet is through an Ethernet cable, and with that I played over the Wiimmfi servers on Mario Kart Wii regularly. Recently, the cable stopped working and I've been trying to connect to an online game through a wireless connection, but every time I search for a game, after a while it comes up with error code 86420 (which I know is the NATNEG and DMZ thing) which confuses me because I've enabled DMZ for my computer already, and it works fine with an Ethernet connection. Any ideas on how to fix this?
